Lets Begin The Tutorial

Open a new image 650X650.

Open Your Mask In Psp And Minimise.
Copy And Paste The Mesh Wire As A New Layer
Layers>New mask layer From Image>Find Your Mask
Source Luminance Checked>Apply Your Mask
Merge Group>Resize Mask By 110 Percent.

Copy And Paste the scattered hearts as a new layer
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Add Drop Shadow Of Choice.

Copy and paste a paper of choice.

Layers>New mask layer From Image>Find Your Mask

Source Luminance Checked>Apply Your Mask

Merge Group>Copy And Paste Another paper

Layers>New mask layer From Image>Find Your Mask

Source Luminance Checked>Apply Your Mask

Merge Group>Image Mirror>Image Flip

Effects>Xero >Fritallary>Default Settings.

Copy and paste the circle wordart as a new layer

resize as needed>i resized mine by 95 Percent>3 Times.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen>Add Drop Shadow.

Copy and paste the frame as a new layer>Resize 50 percent

And Move to the right of your image.With your magic wand

click Inside Make sure you click around the bow also.

Copy and paste a paper of choice>Selections>Invert>Delete>

Move This Layer Below Your Frame>Copy And Paste Your

Image As A New Layer>Erase Any Overhang On The Right.

Effect>Xero>Porcelian>Default Settings.

Copy And Paste The 3 frame as a new layer

Resize>Move to the left of your image>

With your magic wand select inside each square

Selections>Modify>Expand by 12>Copy and paste

a paper as a new layer>Selections>Invert>Delete>

Drag This below Your Frame>Copy and paste

An image of choice Once Happy with placement

hit Delete. Effects>Xero>Porcelian>Default Settings

Copy and paste you image as a new layer>Resize

as needed and place to the left of your image.

or where looks best.

Copy and paste some elements i used.

flowers,butterfly,wordart,skull flower

Arrange to your liking on your image

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen>Add Drop Shadow

I Duplicated The Butterfly And Mirrored.

I also Added Eyecandy4000>Gradient Glow

Width 3 white to the wordart.

Add Your Copyright Information

Add Your Water Mark As A New Layer

Resize As Needed,Copy And Paste Your
Close Up Tube As A New Layer,Drag
This Below Your Frame,Duplicate And Move
The Duplicate Tube Above Your Frame,

On Your Duplicate Copy Grab Your Eraser
Tool And Erase The Bottom Part Of Your
Image So It Appears The Image Is Behind
The Frame See My Tag For Reference.

Copy And Paste A Ribbon As A New Layer
Image Mirror And Drag This Layer Below
Your Tube .

Copy And paste Some Elements And Place Around Your
Bottom part Of The Frame.I Used An Egg And placed
To The Left.I Used A Rabbit To the Right. Some Flowers
And Erased Part Of The Stem. 2 Eggs And Placed
Below The Flowers,And The Word Easter,Arrange To
Your Liking,I Applied A Bevel To The Easter Wordart.

Add Your Name,Add Your Artist Copyright Information,
Add Your Name As The Creator Of The Tag,

Crop Resize,Save As PNG

And Move To The Left See Mine For Placement.

Copy And paste Frame 3 As A New layer Resize As Needed
And Palce To The Center Of The Image. With Your Selection
Tool Set To Rectangle Draw Around The Frame Copy And Paste
A Paper Of Choice Selection Invert Hit Delete,Drag This Paper

On The Tube Layer Apply Xero Bad Dream Default Settings

Lets Begin

Open a new image 650X650
Copy And Paste A Paper Of Choice
Open Your mask in psp and minimise,layers
new mask layer from image find your mask
and apply your mask merge group,resize as needed.

Copy and paste the frame as a new layers selections

modify expand by 4 copy and paste a paper of choice

selections invert delete drag this layer below the frame

while still selected copy and paste the scattered flowers
as a new layer make sure below frame and above paper
change the blend mode to soft light

Copy and paste the stars as a new layer Resize
and move to the top right of the frame.

change the blend mode to hard light.

Copy and paste the sunflower as a new layer
and place in th top right hand corner,Copy

and paste the pin with the key as a new layer 

place to top right and move to the top right

of the frame with your eraser tool erase

a part of the safety pin so it appears to be 

hanging on the frame,see mine for placement

Copy and paste the vine as a new layer

resize as needed and place on the left of the 

frame.copy and paste the heart ribbon resize

and place to the top left og the frame

see mine for placment.

Copy and paste a butterfly as a new layer,
duplicate image mirror resize by 50 percent

Arrange to your liking inside the frame.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
resize as needed If you use the same
tube i mirrored mine.

Copy and paste the dark vs light wordart
Resize as needed and send to bottom layer

Add Drop Shadow to your elements and tube

i used 1,1,70,4 black.

Add Your Name I Used Font The Blue Cabin

Add Your Artist Copyright Information,Add Your
Watermark As The Creator Of The Tag.

Open a new image 650X650
Open The Rockit wordart Resize by 50 percent
Effects mura meister copies tiling angle,Open mask 382

Mininise,layers new mask layer from image source luminance checked
and apply merge group,resize 120 percent twice.

Open a paper of choice open mask 218 layers new mask layer from image

Source luminance checked and apply merge group,resize as needed.

Copy and paste another paper of choice,Image Rotate right 30

apply your mask 382 Again,Resize as needed.

Copy and paste the three frames as a new layer,Resize as needed
with your magic wand select inside your frames modify expand by 3
copy and paste a paper of choice drag this layer below your frames
selection invert delete,copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Place image to your liking hit delete once happy.selections none.
Change the blend mode to luminance (L) and opacity to 44

Copy and paste the notes as a new layer and place to the top
of your image see mine for placement,Copy and paste the
music notes to the bottom of your image.

Copy and paste the microphone as a new layer resize as needed
and place to the right top of the image.Copy and paste the wordart
as a new layer and palce to the right over the microphone
Then on the wordart right click arrange send to bottom layer.

Copy and paste the amp as a new layer Resize as needed
With your selection tool rounded rectangle draw around the black
part of the amp right click promote slection to layer.
Copy and paste a image as a new layer resize as needed.
selections invert delete.selections none.
change the blend mode to Luminance (L). On the promoted
Selection duplicate 3 times rename top, middle,bottom.
On the bottom layer apply effects HSB default settings,
Select the middle layer apply HSB Hit the Random seed once,
On the top apply HSB hit the random seed again.

Copy the Record as a anew layer amd place bottom right,
Copy and paste the chain as a new layer place somewhere
in the middle of the frames,Copy and paste the trail as
a new layer,and place to your liking i placed mine over the
Image .

Copy and paste you main image as a new layer resize as needed and place
to the right of the image,Copy and paste the ipod and resize Place
Over the tube see mine for placement.Copy and paste the wordart rock
and place to the center,

With the font hard rock i used "it poppit" applied gradient glow

Add your name,add your artist copyright information
Crop Resize Time To Animate.

Now im sure there is many ways or even easier Ways
to do this but this is how i do mine.

Close off your Artist Copyright,YourName,Your Top,Middle layers
Edit Copy merged paste as a new animation  is animation shop.
back in psp close your bottom layer and open your middle layer
Edit copy merged paste after current frame in animation shop

back in psp close middle and open top edit copy merged
paste after current frame in animation shop.

Open your artsit copy right layer select this layer
Edot Copy Paste As A New Animation,Duplicate this layer 3 times
in Animation shop Edit Select all Edit Copy,Select your main animation
in Animation Shop Select All Edit Paste Into Selections And Click
The Image Once Happy With Placement.If You Make A Mistake Hit Edit Undo
And Try Again,Then Follow The Same Process For The Name Layer
Make Sure You Duplicate so you have 4 frames,
Once Finished On Your Main Image Edit Select All Animation Properties
Change The Settings To 40 Test Your Animation.

Save As A GIF

And Move This To The Top Left Corner Of Your Image.

Copy And Paste The Circle Sprinkle As A New Layer Resize As Needed,

Duplicate On Your Original Adjust Gaussain Blur radius 4,Effects Penta Color Dot

With the Defualt Settings

With Your Selection Tool Draw A Circle Around The Sprinkled Circle

Copy And Paste A Image Of Choice Arrange To Your Liking Selections

Invert And Hit delete On Your Keyboard.Drag This layer Below Your Frame

On Your Stitched Heart Layer I Erased Anything That Was Inside The Frame

See Mine For Guide.Add Drop Shadow To Your Tube I Used ,1,-1,30,2 Black.

Copy And Paste The Square Hanging Frame As a New layer And Resize

And Place Over The face Of Your Image See Mine For Placement..I Erased

The hanging Part Of The Frame.Copy And Paste A Flowers of Choice,

resize And Place Over The Hanging Frame.

Copy And Paste Your Main Image As a New layer And Place To Your

liking I Placed Mine To The Left.

Choose Your Font Of Choice I Used Series Orbit A Size 150

Make A Gradient With 2 Color That Compliment Your Image

with these settings 45,3 invert checked Set In background

black As Your Foreground width 2.

Type Out "DIVA",Then Change Your Background To Black

I Choose Dig My hart Font And Type Out "IM NO" Add Gradient

Glow with 3 white.Add Your Name Add Gradient Glow

Crop Resize Your Image

Add Your Artist Copyright Information

Add Your Name As the Creator Of The Tag

Still Selected Copy And Paste Some Sparkles As A New
Layer And Hit Delete On Your Keyboard.
On Your Tube Layer Xero Porcelian Default Settings,
Xero Radience Default Setting,Duplicate And Change
The Blend Mode To Soft Light.

Copy And Paste The Two hearts As A New Layer,
Resize As Needed,Duplicate Image Mirror And
Arrange To Your Liking I Place Mine In The Bottom
Left Hand Corner.

Copy And paste The Flower ribbon As A New layer
Resize As Needed,Duplicate Image Mirror And Place
These In The Top Left And Bottom Right Corners.

Copy And Paste A Ribbon As A New Layer And
Place To The Right Hand Corner,Resize As Needed
Copy And Paste The Heart String As A New layer
